All sports have their own specific type of training.  Baseball players have their own training.  Football players have their own training.  Hockey, tennis, rugby, heck even runners have their own specific types of training.  And the thing is, you can't mix them.  In other words you wouldn't train a football player in the same way you'd train a baseball player.  Their needs are different.  Completely different.  Know who's needs are ALSO completely different?  DANCERS!  So, where is the dancer specific training?

It's right here!  And it is the first of its kind.  It has been honed by the finest experts in the industry and tested and refined by professional dancers at the highest levels.

Dancers have unique needs.  Not only must you be in incredible shape (stamina, strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, agility, etc.), but you must also LOOK incredible.  Your dance is your art and you body is your canvas.  It has to be flawless.

You can't just dance yourself into shape anymore.  We've moved beyond that.  Today's dance requires more.  It requires exceptional fitness and appearance.  This calls for specific training beyond the dancefloor.  Luckily, we've got it down to an art.  GPP Dance workouts are only about 20 minutes long on average.  Most teams start their practices with workouts 2-5 times per week.

Dance has become much more physically demanding.  Dancers of today move like the most powerful athletes in sport, but do it with more artistry than ever.

GPP Dance is dedicated to this pursuit unprecedented fitness and a flawless physique.  It is the method of choice for dancers everywhere from competitive champions to paid professionals.
